Our 90-day promise
Take Allivin every morning for up to 90 days. If you honestly can't say it has earned its place in your routine, email hello@allivin.co.uk with your order number and we'll refund you in full. Opened bottles are fine and you don't need to post anything back.
How to claim
- Email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
- Tell us in a sentence how you took it (we use this to improve, not to argue).
- Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it straight away at no cost.
Changed your mind before it ships?
Reply to your order confirmation before 3pm on the day you ordered and we'll cancel and refund immediately.
