Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@allivin.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at hello@allivin.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@allivin.co.uk.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged (our 90-day money-back guarantee below is separate and does cover opened products)
• Sale items and gift cards
• Items not in their original condition

Use Allivin Odourless Garlic Extract consistently for up to 90 days from delivery; if it hasn’t earned its place in your routine, email us with your order number and we refund you in full. Opened packaging is fine and nothing needs to be posted back. No fine print.
