Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or at weekends and bank holidays, leave on the next working day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Delivery times

• Free UK delivery: 4–7 working days after dispatch, tracked.

Estimates are working days and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or public holidays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the estimate, email hello@allivin.co.uk and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Shipping protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, a lost, stolen or damaged parcel is replaced or refunded immediately on request. Without it we'll still help, but replacements follow the carrier's claim process.

Address changes

Reply to your order confirmation before 3pm on the day you ordered and we'll update the address. Once a parcel has been dispatched we can't redirect it.

International orders

We currently ship within United Kingdom only. Join the mailing list to hear when we open to more countries.
